IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE DO NOT SKIP THIS!

The information below is very important; please take the time to read it…

    • Contestants should arrive at the race no later than 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes before your race start time, this then allows for parking and check-in line-ups.
    • There is a parking fee of £3.00 per vehicle. Parking opens at 8:30am. There is no charge for coaches or mini buses.
    • If you are following a sat nav please use the postcode RH5 4RP to navigate to the location. Our address is Swires Farm, Henfold Lane, Dorking.

    CLOTHING

    NO SPIKES OR STUDDED SHOES!
IF YOU WEAR THESE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RUN

Trainers (please make sure your laces are tied tightly as they will get sucked off in the mud)

Wear fast-drying breathable fabric. Bring a change of clothing/footwear and a towel.

    CHANGING ROOM/SHOWERS

There are separate male and female changing marquees. We have 3 to 4 very basic shower heads (cold water), expect queuing. Please bring a towel and a change of clothing along with 2 bin bags to store your dirty clothing.

    KEY DROP

There is a staffed key drop area where you can leave your keys when you are off on the challenge. Please leave other valuables in your car; the car park is manned by staff all day.

    BAG DROP

An area is available for you to leave your bags; however, this bag drop is unmanned so please leave only non-valuable items. Please do not leave money, cards, keys or phones etc.

    BIB NUMBER

You will be provided with a stick-on race number (with additional body tags for photographic recognition), luggage label and sports tattoos in your race pack. The race number needs to go on the FRONT of your top, this helps our photography and staff teams identify you. The luggage label is to to be placed through your bag handle(s) like airport check-in and the race number tattoos should be stuck to your hand or forehead. This is an additional measure to identify you if you lose your bib number.
